Shares registration

Our services include issuing of share certificates, dividend distribution, transfer of ownership, merger certificates, public relations and the provision of companies periodical financial data.
The shares department also assist with the preparation of company's annual general assembly, including the compilation of invitations, advertising and administration. We will also greet arriving shareholders, submit representation and election cards and compile shareholders representation statistics, ensuring legal minimum are in attendance.
Establishment of companies
